 When I look at my Buddy List I see a green blob next to each buddy and
 when I hover the cursor over each, in all cases the pop-up window says
 that their Status is Available.  However, there is no indication as to
 what that availability is, IM Online, Mobile Text...

 When I sign out of Pidgin and sign on directly to Windows Live Messenger I
 discover that only one buddy is actually online to Messenger and that the
 others are only available by text message.

 Why doesn't Pidgin tell me this?
