 In previous versions of pidgin, when I install pidgin, I can select my
 native language - Russian, and after installing program running with my
 nbative language. But in version 2.6.2, when I install program - it always
 running with English language, but I select install russian locale in
 installation tree.
 This bug on Windows version of Pidgin
