 Yeah, removing that helped me. The 
ACTION thing is how /me appears in IRC
 clients that don't support that command. By using 
ACTION in my
 Musictracker settings the /nowplaying command would appear as a /me would
 normally appear in most clients. I've removed it now though. The weird
 thing is that it wasn't causing issues for me until I upgraded to 2.6.2,
 but I'm happy to remove it.
