 clickable links in pidgin buddy list please.

 Links in status messages should be clickable via ( hover > click link )

 Currently requires ( hover > context-menu > get info > click link > close
 info )

 This ticket seems to have become a magnet, will someone with access please
 re-title the ticket "clickable status links" or something similar?  The
 current title makes no sense.
