 Your debug log doesn't contain anything relevant.

 I assume with icon you mean the display image.

 Do the following for obtaining a debug log that will help:

 Disable all the other accounts except the yahoo one that you are having
 problems with. Change status to offline, wait till you are signed out. Now
 open the debug window (Help > Debug Window), make sure the "Level" is set
 to "All". Now keeping the debug window open change your status to
 available. After you have logged in, check if buddies show their icons.
 Since you have your account added as a buddy, change your own display
 image, and check if it gets displayed. I would suggest waiting for atleast
 10 mins to make sure that you give more than necessary time for change to
 reflect.

 Now save the contents of the debug window and attach that file to this
 ticket.
