 Previous ticket 10144 was fixed in 2.6.2.  This seems to be the same thing
 except the timeout is 15 min instead of 60 seconds.

 All users on MSN.
 Problem is when invite other user into a group chat - the chat times out
 after 15min if no activity in chat.

 -If that user does not respond then when they do they can't respond
 because their connection times out.
 -if no activity in the chat for 15 munutes, it times out.

 We don't want it to time out at all.  Some users will monitor the group
 chats and not necessarily say anything or may go into a meeting and then
 lunch etc...

 Here is an excerpt from the group chat we were testing that kicked John
 out after 15 minutes:
 (10:53:55 AM) John: now we need to stay idle for over 15 to 20 minutes
 (11:08:56 AM) John left the room.

 John timed out above - see the time.
