New description:

 Good Morning: I have been having a problem connecting to msn since 5pm
 September 15th 2009. Did not have the problem in the morning of same
 day...the message that i am getting is :connection error from notification
 server...reading error.
 I have not change anything since i installed pidgin 2.6.2.
 I am also running another IM client called Qnext, and it has no problem
 connecting....please help.
