 This is not only annoying but renders my Pidgin unusable on Winodws Vista
 Bussiness, 32b, Croatian edition. Installer itself detects I don't know
 what language, but it renders all text in installer screens as garbage
 characters... If I continue clicking blindly on "Next" button, it installs
 itself, and as a result I get Pidgin interface in cyrillic, which is not
 correct in Croatia.
