 This indicates that there is some sort of corruption in the file leading
 to it not being valid XML, so Pidgin can't read it.

 Do you have a copy of the file which spits out that error and could you
 remove your passwords and email it to me? mynick -at- pidgin.im (reference
 the ticket number, please).
