 After I clicked "Tools>Preference", it gives a message that it got an
 error and was forced to be closed. The error message is "AppName:
 pidgin.exe       AppVer: 2.6.2.0         ModName: libcairo-2.dll
 ModVer: 0.0.0.0  Offset: 0001f5e8". I have disabled all accounts and
 plugins but the situation still exists.
