 My ICQ account appears to be offline to all other users in my buddy list
 (different clients - ICQ, Pidgin, Miranda). I'm able to receive and send
 messages from and to them. I'm using 2 additional plugins - OTR and Bot
 Sentry, I'm on Windows Server 2003. We tried a clean install, no plugins
 on a friend's machine (Windows 7) and we encountered the same issue. I
 haven't noticed anything specific to cause the bug, sometimes it happens
 when starting Pidgin, sometimes it doesn't. I tried disabling my plugins,
 that had no effect as I was not able to reproduce the  bug with or without
 them at that point.
 Changing my status from available to any of the others has no effect, but
 going offline and then back online seems to fix the issue until the next
 restart of Pidgin.
 There is a similar issue that was submitted to Ubuntu's bugzilla
 https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pidgin/+bug/385110 although it
 says it was a Pidgin-to-Pidgin problem.
