 Now works better/properly for Vista and Windows 7 (thanks to Teoh Han Hui

 I would happily make a linux version, but I'm not sure if there's a
 defined way to detect a fullscreen window.  If anyone has suggestions, I'm
 happy to include them (XWin, Gnome, KDE, whatever).
