Old description:

 Add support for Google Talk's pre-Jingle/Jingle-like file transfer method
 (IIRC, HTTP over PseudoTCP on UDP).

 libnice recently added support for the pesudotcp over udp layer
 (interoperable with GTalk, AIUI)
