 This doesn't happen to me on Windows 7 64-bit, so it is something
 particular about your configuration.

 Which plugins are you using?

 What does the debug log ([wiki:TipsForBugReports]) say when it happens?

 Can you narrow it down to a particular account that triggers the issue?
