 I've had a chance to disconnect my AP and connect my PC directly to the
 internet, and V+V works ok (heavy lag on one way, but it works)... So I
 guess it what you pointed out last, a problem with my LAN's NAT.
 Since I'm using PF in my AP, I'll see if I can get this fixed.
 If you have any advice, it'd be very welcome, otherwise, you may consider
 this closed, since it ended up NOT being a bug in pidgin.
