 You need to ''read'' what I've written.  I explained
 [http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/11637#comment:7 already] what a
 Resource is.  It's in the Account settings for the account (right below
 "Username" and "Domain").

 You either need to fill in Resource field or (preferable) fix your install
 of Pidgin, which should have files in that directory.
