 When I videoconference with someone else, I can resize the videos window;
 however, both video sizes are proportional.
 Normally I [and probably most users] want to increase my contact's video
 size, but not my own - I'd rather see my contact in a big window, and
 myself only to focus or for some occasional thing I might do.

 Also, having one video BENEATH the other implies that I can't get anywhere
 near full screen with my contact's video, since It can't get much past 50%
 height with it - hence, no much more that 50% width, forcing me to have at
 most around 25% of my screen.

 Perhaps a small checkbox/menu option "hide my camera" would be nice.  It
 would allow users to easily solve this issue, and I believe is relatively
 "easy" to implement.  Just remove the video "widget" (not sure if that's
 what it's called) from the window when it's clicked.
