 Hi,
 thank's for your fast answer.

 Here some Remarks
 1. I've just set the ip-address to assure that DNS issues are not the main
 issue (the same thing happens if i set the hostname)
 2. Sorry for the File transfer Proxy // I've thought hat this will speed
 up the thing, but the main problem is that Pidgin will start in in-band
 transfer (see my remarks below
 3. See my comment below => The main Problem is that if i start the file
 transfer only the IP Addy of the virtual machine is sent to my mate....



 The Main Problem occurs if i try to start the File Transfer.
 If i set the hook detect public IP automatic then you'll see in the log
 file that "the wrong ip" is sent to my colleague.
 After that he'll start an in-band transfer that is ugly slow (4KB/s)

 Take a look to the Automatic logfile on this passage
