Comment:

 Closed as duplicate of #10160.[[BR]]Ah, I missed that there were two debug
 logs, apologies.

 I'm pretty sure this is fixed in 2.7.0, where we're more aggressive about
 explicitly advertising all the local IPs.  In addition, as the full debug
 log you attached indicates, it should work in the mean time if you
 explicitly set your public IP in the preferences dialog.
