 Hi!
 My favourite solution to this issue would be a checkbox and a textarea (or
 so...) in the preferences "Always reply to denied authorization requests
 using this message", i.e. if the feature is activated, the reply-window is
 suppressed and the predefined message is sent to the source of the
 request.
 In my case, I still prefer to review the requests manually, but do not
 care for the answer once I decided to deny a request. People who prefer to
 block requests completely using privacy please  or another plugin will
 also find their problem solved by this.
