 I can't seem to get the timestamp working on my desktop PC. It works on my
 laptop, which has all the same preferences and plugins enabled as the
 desktop. Enabling the 'Timestamp' plugin does what it's suppost to, but
 enabling the 'Message Timestamp Formats' plugin doesn't seem to change
 anything on either computer.

 The 7:4X:XX PM Timestamps to the left of the usernames are what I'm
 talking about
