 I can't rename or delete a Group if it's name contains a umlaut (ä/ü/ö).
 I Also can't manage (rename/delete/move) the Members in it.
 I Think, there is a encoding error between my Client and the ICQ Server
 because this error only works with ICQ Buddies.

 The Debug-Log says to me that the Buddy was deleted successfully (and it
 is deleted if i look up in the blist.xml) But with restarting Pidgin (or
 an Module) the Members appears again in my list!
