 I have issues with the Windows plugin's dockable buddy list feature. It
 may be related to Ticket #8368. This is on a German Windows 7 32-bit
 Professional.

 Symptom: sometimes, if the buddy list undocks, the screen real estate
 formerly taken up by the buddy list remains reserved even though the list
 is no longer docked.  I have no other way to make Windows reuse the full
 screen size than to unselect "Dockable buddy list" in the Windows plugin
 configuration.

 Unfortunately, I have not yet found a reliable way to reproduce it. It
 might be timing related.
