 I reproduced it and obtained more info:
 The file can be sent to any client connected to Yahoo (Pidgin, Yahoo
 messenger, etc.), but for the bug to appear, the incoming audio call has
 to be from a Google talk on Windows 7 client.
 Incoming calls from other Pidgin clients work fine.

 I attached a backtrace. Pidgin was run according to darkrain42's advice.
