 Pidgin ignores offline presence from contacts that are already offline in
 XMPP

 Ok, so explanation for people who are not familiar with the idea (because
 yes, this is not well known in many parts of the world)

 Imagine you go offline and set "On a business trip till monday" status.
 The idea now is that server could not only broadcast this message to your
 contacts at the moment you go offline, but also save it. Then, when I sign
 in next day, server sends me your offline status message (together with
 online presence of my other contacts).
