 Yes, it sounds like an advertisement from MSN Switchboard Servers in
 China. That is a bad behavior from the server itself.

 Maybe you can attach a debug log to see if the SB is sending a valid
 message. If this is the case, it's a bad behavior from MSN servers and we
 can't do anything.

 As I said before you can filter this message with a plugin but that action
 doesn't belong to libpurple itself.
