#12339: "msn/*@hotmail.fr" contacts folded into non-existant "msn" email address

Comment(by andr909):

 Thanks for your response.

Restoring the server-side contacts is shown in lines 260 to 267.[[BR]]
The 2 missing MSN contacts are restored in the contact window as will as
 in the blist.xml file.[[BR]]
Note that there is not communication with MSN/contact2 at live.fr, which
remains uncorrupted as long as I don't open the message window for that
contact. (Sending a message is not required to corrupt the contact's
 email address.)[[BR]]
If the message window is opened by a message from the contact, the address
remains uncorrupted until I respond, but the contact does not receive my
message. Subsequently any attempt to enter a message in the existing
window is blocked. Instead, a new tab/window opens, where I can
communicate normally. The new window has the MSN only address, as is now
the case for the old window as well. (Not sure if the old window started
 with the correct address.)[[BR]]
Note that the email address is displayed for all contacts, to simplify the
 debugging process.

A search through the plugins showed that Trillian is referenced in the
archive reading 2.7.1 plugin, which was activated by default. None of the
archive locations listed in the plugin exist. (I have only used Pidgin or
Gaim on this computer.) This plugin should not be activated by default.
 It is now deactivated.[[BR]]
As well the plugins : chat user list logging 2.5.1 + contact comments
2.5.1 + contact availability prediction are now deactived.[[BR]]
The last never functioned proprerly (possibly due to this bug), and the
 first 2 were never used.

Will test this new configuration and report back.
