 not sure if this will make sense, but when you have a combined user, (such
 as a yahoo and an AIM account) have the ability to set which one should be
 primary if you doubleclick on the user (and not have to expand it, or go
 down to the other protocol, and select IM etc) make it to where if say
 both are available, you can tell it which one you want to be the one to
 use.

 my example, is my wifes contact, she has both a yahoo and an AIM account
 which i have combined into a single contact. when i double click on her,
 it always defaults to her AIM account when both are signed in, and most of
 the time, i forget this, and send her a message via AIM instead of the
 intended yahoo.
