Fixed in 1a137b149f51de86a24007cd6bca0fb3266b0157. I only added the
ValiCert Class 2 VA root (there's no point in adding further intermediates
except in cases where it's infeasible to get the provider to properly
return the chain -- i.e. Microsoft). This will also be fixed when RHEL
upgrades to 2.7.0, at which point Pidgin will reference the system-wide CA
certificate pool
