 If a Pidgin 2.7.3 user initiates a chat, they will see the chat tab on
 their end but any other Pidgin 2.7.3 users will not see it on theirs. Any
 messages sent to the initiator in private will instead appear in the chat
 on the initiator's side, while anything said by the initiator in the chat
 will not be seen by the invitee at all. Windows Live and older Pidgin
 users can be invited and function properly. This has been tested on both
 32-bit Windows 7 Ultimate and 64-bit Windows 7 Professional.
