Comment:

 You need to install GTK+ with pidgin that is the cause of the error
 message you see.

 To use an external GTK+ setup, you need to know what you're doing and to
 set up the path for pidgin appropriately.

 You will need to find the "Offline" installer (`pidgin-2.7.3-offline.exe`)
 from wherever you downloaded the installer that you used.
