 I am using a Windows 7 Enterprise edition with Pidgin 2.73.  I have in the
 message notification plugin set to Notify for IM windows, Chat windows,
 Focused windows.  For Notification methods I have Flash window, Raise
 Conversation window, and Present conversation window.  For Notification
 Removal I have Remove when conversation window receives click, Remove when
 typing in conversation window, and Remove when a message gets sent. Under
 the preferences in Pidgin I have Hide new IM conversations set to Never on
 the Interface tab.  The issue is that an IM will pop up on my screen if it
 is a new thread some of the time but if I minimize it and the user replies
 it will not pop up. I am using Aero in Windows 7 and have tried both
 pinning the pidgin icon to the desktop but the results remained the same.
 I have also tried different combination of settings under the notification
 plugin but that to did not result in a better situation.
