 That doesn't really fix anything. Of course, once `msn_dc_destroy` has
 been called, then '''all''' of `dc` is invalid, so setting one element of
 it to NULL is just going to crash somewhere else. The real question is why
 `msn_dc_incoming_connection_timeout_cb` is called after `msn_dc_destroy`
 since it should have been cancelled.
