New description:

 I am unable to connect to the MSN client now due to the error listed in
 the topic, I am using the current version of pidgin (2.7.3.0) I have made

Comment:

 Windows socket error #10051 is "Network is unreachable: A socket operation
 was attempted to an unreachable network. This usually means the local
 software knows no route to reach the remote host."

 This is a network problem, and you should fix your network. Maybe a broken
 firewall or router is not working.
