Comment:

 Groups are not considered account-specific in Pidgin - all groups apply to
 all accounts.  This is part of the intentional design decision to have a
 unified buddy list.

 It shouldn't be possible to have two groups with the same name, they must
 be actually different (either by case or spacing or something).
