 When attempting to view Yahoo user profiles, this message window opens and
 includes a link:

 Error retrieving profile
 This profile is in a language or format that is not supported at this
 time.

 ---

 View web profile [profile address link]

 Until the profile window is fixed, both “Info” and “Get Info” could open
 profiles in browsers. This would save opening and closing error windows
 and
 clicking links when profiles are viewed.
