 trying to send SMS messages using Oscar (ICQ) isn't working.  Incoming
 messages sent from my phone does work.  Using the same contact with ICQ2Go
 is working fine.

 ICQ client works fine, but Pidgin client does not.  Pidgin is 2.7.3 fresh
 download with no plugins installed.
