 I need to use a group-chatroom for internal communication. I've already
 set it to autojoin etc. and part of the room when pidgin logs in. In the
 rare cases where somebody uses that internal room to "broadcast"
 information, it should be available to everybody - so a "new
 message"-notification would be needed. Currently the windows flashes when
 I have it open, but when I'm just autojoined, I don't see at all that a
 new message arrived (not in the tray-icon, not in the contact list).
