Comment:

 This has been discussed in the XMPP community (see
 [http://mail.jabber.org/pipermail/bosh/2010-July/000337.html] and, in
 particular, Dave Cridland's reply).


 BOSH has an ordering attribute in the XML, and so there are valid reasons
 to do what BOSH does and pipeline POST requests.
