 Open Voice/Video Settings window and anywhere select some other Device
 than "Default", then close the settings. Open the settings again and you
 will see the selected combo box reverted back to default.[[BR]]
 [[BR]]
 This patch fixes the problem. Pointers instead of strings were compared in
 get_plugin_frame() when searching in the list of devices.
