 I'm assuming copying works correctly in other applications even with
 Outlook open? Does the Help->Debug Window say anything when you try to
 copy in pidgin and it doesn't work? If the issue here is a GTK+/Windows
 API issue then I don't know enough to figure it out but someone who wants
 to dig can probably get somewhere if they wanted to.
