 In 2.7.7, if I change my MSN friendly name, it will remember my change
 (i.e., if I try to change it again it will show the changed name) but the
 friendly name (as reported on the buddy list and convo windows) is not
 actually changed. I have to log out of MSN and log back in in order for
 the change to take effect.
