 When trying to send file to icq user by dragging file to chat window
 nothing happens (after 1 successfull or not transfer ). after dragging it
 to chat window nothing appears in debug log :/
 same happens when using "send file" option from menu - pressing it but
 nothing more appears - there should appear window with file to choose but
 it don't wanna appear.
 and nothing in debug log.
