 Using the latest version of Pidgin for Windows [ME] from the Pidgin
 website, Pidgin 2.7.8, Pidgin crashes on start.

 The error given is "Error getting module filename. Error: [120]"
 Clicking OK to this error pops up another dialog box with the error -
 "Error loading pidgin.dll. Error [120]"

 Note I have tried reinstalling and also downloading the pidgin off-line
 application.
