 I used the pidgin stock person icon to show a new request. i've attached
 the diff of the pidgin directory, and the png I used as the buddy-
 authorization icon. Also added a tooltip text that shows how many buddy
 requests are pending. It adds a new public function, though,
 pidgin_docklet_update_auth(gboolean). So it changes the API.
