New description:

 When hovering the system tray icon, the tooltip to be shown isn't the
 correct one if the text has non ASCII characters. (to confirm)

 This happens both for when:
  * you receive a message with someone whose nickname has one of these
 characters.
  * you have a customized status with one of those characters.

 For example, a very common character used by many people is the heary
 symbol: ♥

 Instead, it will show the last tooltip succesfuly rendered.
