Old description:

 1)If my webcam works fine and I try to video-call a user without webcam,
 for example with XMPP account like jabber or gtalk, the contact can't
 reply and he doesn't receve my video.
 I try this from pidgin to pidgin (2.6.5) under ubuntu karmic.

 2) The contact without webcam receive "error whit your webcam" and the
 call will terminate. I can see me into my monitor, but the other contact
 cannot see me (for him, the call is terminate).
