 Will there actually be enough room in most configurations for the third
 button?  I remember there being a discussion about lack of space before.

 Also, we have to be careful with an Ignore button, because you cannot
 truly ignore requests on XMPP--they will come back every time you log in.
 We should account for that gracefully in implementing an ignore button.
