 Not all buddy icons are being downloaded for the AIM protocol (that's all
 that I can confirm, as that's the only protocol I use). It seems that
 they're only downloaded when that user logs on...I dunno if the developers
 are aware of this or not, as I have not seen any reports of it.
 I have version 2.66devel from here
 <https://launchpad.net/~frasten/+archive/ppa>, but the version number only
 goes up to 2.6.5 on the bug report :(.
