 I've searched, but couldn't find anything so hopefully this isn't a dupe.

 Pidgin could really do with an option to make the file transfer window act
 as a conversation window, i.e. show up as a tab when using tabbed
 conversations. Another alternative would be an option to prevent it from
 opening altogether.

 The current file transfer window is functional but quite a bit of an
 annoyance, especially when used together with auto accept of file
 transfers, which makes it steal focus.
